STEP 1: Walk Through – When we do a walk through with you to explain what your carpet cleaning or tile & grout cleaning will include. Also to get any information on spots and stains. We will go over what the next steps with you and answer any questions you might have.

STEP 2: Professional Vacuuming – We will vacuum your carpets and all areas to be cleaned to remove dry, abrasive gritty, fiber damaging soils.

STEP 3: Pre-Treatment and Pre-Spotting – We will pre-treat carpets with our special cleaning agents to break down and suspend difficult soils prior to extraction. At this time we will also be pre-spotting your carpets before we clean them catching any spots or stains that we come across.

STEP 4: Heavy Duty Steam Extraction – Suspended soils will be quickly flushed away and cleaned out of your carpet and your home by our hot water truck mounted extraction process. Carpets will be left clean, bright and without soil attracting residues.

STEP 5: Furniture Moving and Baseboard Cleaning – When we move your furniture. We will also clean the dust from exposed baseboards. Once we have cleaned under your furniture we either block or place a protective pad under legs or base to prevent rusting or staining of your freshly cleaned carpets.

STEP 6:  Final Finishing – We will carefully groom and set the pile of your carpet for maximum appearance, softness and rapid drying. So that after your carpets are cleaned they will be left with a beautiful, finished look and feel.
